Jens Ploesser Guitars provides a limited lifetime warranty on all guitars to the original owner only.
We provide warranty on our guitars against faults in workmanship and manufacture.
We do not provide warranty on the additional materials supplied with the guitar including strings and hard case.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, mistreatment or from changes in humidity and temperature. We therefore strongly encourage you to thoroughly understand how to maintain the recommended humidity level and care for your guitar.
Our warranty does not cover re-setting the neck and normal wear and tear for things such as strings or wear to the nut, saddle and frets.
We are happy to provide advice and repair your instrument if it has been damaged in a way that is not covered by our warranty. This repair will be at your cost.
