Orders and Payment

Product orders from Jens Ploesser Guitars can be made through email and direct contact with Jens Ploesser.

By placing an order in this way you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

A contract between you, the user and Jens Ploesser Guitars for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, paid for and processed.

Products will be posted to you at your cost.

You, the user, agree to pay the purchase price specified on the website, the delivery price and price for insurance (if applicable) within three days of receiving a full quote for your order for the purchase of a Product. After three days, if we have not received your payment in full, the guitar will be made available for purchase on the website.

All amounts are stated in Australian dollars. All purchase prices include Australian GST (where applicable).

The price and availability of our products is subject to change without notice.

Delivery Policy

We will provide a quote for postage at the time of order. If you have a preferred courier, please make this known and we will arrange for your purchase to be delivered through your preferred supplier.

We strongly recommend using postal insurance as we will not be held liable for damage to goods in transit or theft or any other loss in the delivery process. We can provide quotes for postal insurance with the quoted price for delivery.

By using this site, you acknowledge that the website and all related content is subject to copyright and possibly other intellectual property rights. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use this website solely for your personal use.

Permission to reuse, copy or reproduce any content from this website is strictly prohibited, unless prior written permission has been obtained from us.

Returns refunds and exchange

In the unlikely event your guitar is not what you were expecting, we will talk to you about an exchange for an equal product or refund of the purchase price. In both of these circumstances the original instrument purchased must be returned to us, at your expense, in the original condition, as was supplied to you. We will not offer an exchange or refund if you have changed your mind about your purchase.

To arrange for a return, you need to contact us within five days of receiving your instrument. Upon reaching an agreement for either an exchange or refund with us, you must return the instrument to us at your expense. The return must be arranged within three days of our agreement for a return. Evidence, such as a delivery tacking number will be required.

We will assess the returned instrument to confirm it has been returned in original condition. We will not provide a refund or exchange if we determine the condition is not original.

If you wish to exchange for a different instrument, it will be of the same value. If you select an exchange at a higher value or lower value, the difference will either be refunded by us, or payable by you. The delivery of the exchanged instrument will be at your cost after any outstanding payments are finalised.

Servicing and repairs

No repair and servicing work will be undertaken without a prior discussion with you. We will provide you with our assessment of the work required and a cost estimate. We will not proceed with this work without your permission to do so.

Variations
We may from time to time and without notice, vary, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any or all of this Website.

General

Jens Ploesser Guitars will not be liable for any delay in performing any of our obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This site is governed by the laws of ACT, Australia, and users irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of ACT, Australia.

Jens Ploesser Guitars are committed to keeping your personal data confidential and secure. We will not sell, loan or provide access to your personal information to any third party provider, however, please note that your personal information will be used throughout the order and payment processes.
